Listed prices in Euro are per apartment/day, exclusive of resort tax and end-of-stay cleaning fee. The resort tax of € 4,00 in summer (May - October) and € 4,00 in winter (November - April) has to be paid separately. Children and young adults under 15 years do not pay the resort tax.

Depending on the apartment type, the end-of-stay cleaning fee is € 80 and € 90.

10-15% surcharge for stays up to 3 days.

Young guests are especially welcome to our house. On request we provide a child cot, high chair and towels for children.

Start your very special day with freshly baked bread: on request you can take full advantage of the daily bread delivery service to your apartment (extra charge).

Sorry, pets are not allowed.

This is a non-smoking apartment house. Guests are permitted to smoke on balconies and other outdoor areas.

Hand towels, wellness bath towels, kitchen towels and bed linen are provided. Towels are changed once per week (free of charge).

Check-in from 4.00 pm. Please give us a call if you arrive after 6.00 pm.
Check-out until 9.30 pm.

In cash on arrival, or advance payment via money transfer
(to our bank account 2 weeks prior to arrival).

We accept bancomat- and credit cards. (Mastercard, Visa)

On arrival we charge a deposit of Euro 100 per apartment. You get it back when you check-out if the apartment is clean and if you have sorted your waste correctly.

• 3 months prior to arrival: free of charge
• 3 months to 1 month prior to arrival: 40 % of the booking amount
• 1 month to 1 week prior to arrival: 70 % of the booking amount
• 1 week prior to arrival: 90 % of the booking amount
